Nurse Anesthesia Program Admissions Application

Through this portal, you can establish an account and submit an application.  Please note the following important points:

1.    You must make a separate application to the University of North Carolina Greensboro.

2.    Application deadline is October 1.  

3.    All materials, including application fee and two recommendations forms must be received before this deadline.
       NOTE:  names/emails of recommenders (Immediate Supervisor, Professional Colleague) are required on the application.

4.    Payment is not made through this site, but rather by check or credit card to our office.

5.    Please follow “Application Instructions” posted on the Nurse Anesthesia Program website:

6.    Uploading of documents not requested by the instructions or leaving incomplete data can delay processing
       of your application.

7.    Reapplicants only - Please apply and complete the c02015 application in its entirety.  Under "Education" only enter your BSN
       and any other college/university you have attended since last application and under "Employment" only enter 
       employment since last application.  If you have retaken GRE/MAT, please enter new score; otherwise you may leave blank.
